Magic Ball Log cabin blanket

Using a magic ball of yarn and a ball of black yarn held together
I decided to make a log cabin blanket.
I needed a change from all the little squares I've made in the past
week.
Looks sort of funky because of the changes in the yarn but it's
nice and toasty warm.
This one is 5 feet x 5 feet.
I used a regular log cabin square pattern and enlarged it.
Used a size "M" hook
All single crochet

All single crochet??? Wow how long did it take? It looks great by the way. Even with being a magic ball afghan, you can still see all the hints of the log cabin design throughout.

Thank you, glad you like it.
Yup.. single crochet.
It took me 4 nights after work this past week.
With a size 'M' hook it really works up fast.

Looks good! I'm nearing the end to a magic ball afghan. I made mine out of single strand but wish I would have added the black strand to it.

I really like it! It almost has a "chalk board" look to it. Very cool. Great work1
