Yummy! I so happily recall fishing (with my whole family sometimes!) - trolling the little rivers and creeks in NH - and fresh trout - caught, cleaned and in the skillet with just a bit of butter - all in half a day! And the sweet, sweet meat of the trout....
Makes me want to go buy a fishing rod and hit the streams and rivers again! NOTHING like fresh-caught fish.....SO GOOD!
